Vice President of Project Controls

Michael A. Joyce currently serves as the Vice President of Project Controls and previously served as the Director of Project Controls since 2012. At Five Star he is responsible for implementing new job cost reports, budgets and labor production tracking procedures. Alongside these duties he tracks, reviews and evaluates job performance. With more than 40 years of experience, Mr. Joyce continues providing and enhancing strategical solutions which mitigate risk and maximize project performance. Prior to Five Star, Mr. Joyce worked for major electrical contractors around the country. During that time, he held positions including District Manager, Vice President & Chief Operating Officer. He also serves as a representative to the National Electrical Contractors Association and is a former board member for the Association of Electrical Contractors. Mr. Joyce holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from Pace University and a Master’s in Business Administration in Economics from Bentley University.
