Paul W. Mosley

General Superintendent

Paul Mosley, Five Star Electric’s General Superintendent, is responsible for the entire workforce. He is an expert at reviewing financial analytics on a weekly basis and determining where and when to reallocate labor to improve efficiency, while adhering to safety protocols and regulations. For the past 27 years, Mr. Mosley has served in several positions as Foreman, General Foreman, Assistant Superintendent, and Operations Executive. He possesses a keen ability to communicate with staff, disseminate information quickly, develop strategic plans, and provide leadership for the organization. As a visionary, Mr. Mosley enjoys solving problems and developing unique innovative solutions to increase productivity while staying within budget and keeping staff motivated. Mr. Mosley holds an Associate Degree in Labor Studies from Empire College and is currently enrolled in the Lubin School of Business at Pace University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Management.
