Stan E. Petrow

Vice President of Contract Administration

Stan E. Petrow has more than 40 years of construction experience. As the Vice President of Contract Administration, Mr. Petrow is responsible for overseeing the preparations, proposals, resolution, and administration of contracts in accordance with Five Star’s policies and legal requirements. Mr. Petrow, a professional engineer and former business owner, has played a pivotal role successfully completing some of our most prestigious projects within the NYC School Construction Authority. Prior to his employment with Five Star, Mr. Petrow served as Vice President for McKissack & McKissack Group, where he managed large-scale construction projects and served as Project Executive for the SUNY at Purchase College Dining Hall. Earlier in his career, he served as Chief Project Officer for the NYC School Construction Authority. Mr. Petrow’s exceptional interpersonal talents continue to limit internal risk and liability while fostering strong working relationships with our clients. Mr. Petrow holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Manhattan College.
